We will pay you guaranteed rent on time, every month

We will agree with you a 3 - 5 year lease of your property, ensuring no voids during this period

If there is any damage to the property caused by guests then we will take care of the repairs

Short term rentals are with guests not tenants, who only have a limited right to use the property for the number of prepaid nights

We will take full responsibility for the control and management of the property without you being charged any fees for this service

We will ensure the property is kept in perfect condition and we will complete regular light maintenance on the property

We will supply the contract for our agreement so that you don’t have to worry about any legal costs required in creating a Rent-to-Rent agreement

After 6 months of your property having been used as Serviced Accommodation, we can refer you to our Accountant who can help you utilise some tax savings through Capital Allowances
